Blogpaws kicked off this year with the phrase “Be the Change,” signifying support of shelters, rescues and people who help animals in need. The Top Dog of pawpawties to help rescues is Frugal Dougal. This statement from his home page sums it up. “Our virtual Twitter events have raised over $32,043 for animal charities all over the world.” I know that I have become more responsive to my local shelters. This song, sung to the tune of the Beatles’ “Revolution,” is in honor of Frugal and everyone who helps anipals. Be the change!
