A carnival-circus themed #pawty on April 17, 2010 hosted by @badandy_kitykat was a blast under a virtual big top designed to celebrate anipals who have April gotcha days and birthdays! There were great rides like the tilt-a-whirl, challenging games, and mysterious and mystical fortune tellers available. All the anipals that attended #CarniePawty dined on delectable treats such as corn-dogs, deep fried elephant ears and cotton candy. Some anipals even brought elephants to mix and mingle with the crowd. #CarniePawty was a fun and unique event, and it was yummy!

#BlogPawty, April 21, 2010 #blogpawty #bethechange, was a wonderful and thought-provoking pawty. The #blogpawty #bethechange, hosted by @Frugaldougal, came from an idea of creative Blog Paws expo attendees, and was great fun for all anipals. #Blogpawty #bethechange was held to help spread the word about being the change you want to see in the world, particularly to help animals. This little soiree was a blast and really helped all of us to think about our role in helping to carve out a better place for all animals. At the same time, the pawty raised money for Pets Without Parents. I was an anipal without parents for a while before I was adopted, so I can dig it. Come on anipals, #bethechange!
#Pawpawty (Chickfest Theme)
#PawPawty with a chickfest theme, hosted by Frugaldougal, took place April 24, 2010. This “I am woman, hear me roar” #pawty had all the anipals, including the men folk, dressed up in female attire, and raised funds to benefit the Forever Home Feline Ranch. Forever Home Feline Ranch is a no-kill cat rescue that hopes to raise enough money to build an actual ranch to house and care for homeless cats. This #pawpawty had a great turnout and anipals #pawtied hearty in high heels, dresses, and make-up. What happens at #pawpawty chickfest stays at #pawpawty chickfest!
